The man facing two misdemeanor charges for starting the Brian Head Fire is out of jail today.  Robert Lyman was officially booked on misdemeanor charges of reckless burning and burning without a permit yesterday and then quickly released.  He faces up to 18 months in jail on the misdemeanor charges.  The Brian Head Fire scorched 71-thousand acres and destroyed 13 homes. Investigators say Lyman was using a weed torch on his property, which sparked the blaze.
