Billings Continues Battle In District 72 Recount

The issue over the recount in the Utah House District 72 primary election is not yet over. Willie Billings has filed a legal complaint over the recount done by machines and is calling for a full hand recount of every ballot. Billings lost to Joseph Elison by eleven votes after the recount. The Washington County Commission has certified the results.
