Drumroll, Please…

Walmart! Yep, the retail giant that sells everything from bananas to tires has officially been crowned America's MOST HATED Grocery Store! This is all according to the American Customer Satisfaction Index or ACSI. According to ACSI, Walmart consistently ranks dead last in categories like staff friendliness, checkout speed, cleanliness, and overall shopping experience.

The "Reputation"

The ACSI considers any score below 79 as "Below Average". Well Walmart has been sitting comfortably in the basement for 19 straight year! They had a slight improvement this year, but that that didn't help They're still way behind nearly EVERY OTHER grocery chain! That's a bad reputation.
