Extreme…the Viral Chick-fil-A Order in Utah
People are obsessed with their health.
I'm more like a three bowls of Lucky Charms before bed type of guy.
I could eat at IN-N-OUT 7 times a day.
I ask for extra mayo.
I don't understand the people who will go to Café Rio and order a salad.
But if you're one of these new age people who goes to extreme measures, who cares about their heart and body etc, there's a new fad Chick-fil-A order that's going bonkers.
Per allrecipes.com:
"TikTok user @smallersam_pcos shared her Chick-fil-A order that she says comes out to 530 calories and 40 grams of protein, helping her maintain her weightloss.
She gets a three-piece Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Strips meal with the Kale Crunch Salad, which has kale and green cabbage topped with an Apple Cider and Dijon Mustard vinaigrette and roasted almonds, in place of fries. For sauces, she asks for two packets of honey and two packets of Texas Pete hot sauce."
@smallersam_pcos NEW CHICK-FIL-A HACK🐓 (530cals + 40g protein) Here’s how to order: -3 count chicken strip meal with a kale crunch salad instead of fries + 2 honey packets and 2 Texas Pete hot sauces. #fastfood#hack#caloriedeficit#protein#honey#hot#sauce#chickfila#menu#kale#salad#healthy#balance#pcos#real#mealprep#easyrecipe#chicken#beforeandafter♬ original sound - SmallerSam_PCOS
This actually looks pretty dang good.
She claims she's lost all this weight and that she's eating a calorie deficit yada yada, but the item looks pretty good.
My problem is bread is a big deal to me. There's nothing better than bread and when you deconstruct a sandwich and try and make up for the loss of bread with salad it's tough for me.
But let me know what you think.
Would you eat this?
