These New Drink Options at McDonald’s Are Made For Utahns

McDonald's has added some new items to their menu and they should fit in well with Utah's drink obsessed culture. There are three refreshers and three specialty drinks that are now available at Southern Utah locations.

Energizing Refreshers to Boost Your Day

If you are looking for an energy boost, the Refreshers come with a burst of energy and fruit flavors. They come in Strawberry Watermelon, Mango Pineapple and Blackberry Passion Fruit.

I stopped at McDonald's with my wife and tried the Dirty Dr. Pepper and a Sprite Berry Blast. These each had a shot of cold foam on top that was really yummy. It gave me vibes of their soft serve ice cream.

Flavorful Specialty Drinks to Enjoy

I think the Sprite Berry Blast with Sprite and sweet blue raspberry syrup would be popular with my kids. It was good, but I enjoyed the Dirty Dr. Pepper with its shot of vanilla more.

As a side note, I also tried the Big Arch Burger that they recently introduced. This was a surprising big tasty burger. It was seasoned well and the two meat patties tasted almost like they were cooked over charcoal.

I think the new drinks at McDonald's will be a hit. They are well thought out and were a nice addition to the menu. I feel like they do a good job testing stuff before they make a change at the golden arches and that's how these new drinks taste.
