Conspiracy theories are always a hot topic because well, they’re entertaining, and Utah is no stranger to them.

When it comes to seeing if the moon landing is real or if the deep fake is at it again, the beehive state is one of the places that is checking. Though Utah likes conspiracy theories and searching up about them, it is not the most obsessed state.

Research done by Yardbarker, an entertainment and sports news site found that Utah came in 10th for most obsessed with conspiracy theories. The most obsessed state goes to Nevada which makes sense. They have that whole Area 51 and hidden military secrets vibe about them.

For Utah, there are 2,432 conspiracy theory related searched per 100,000 residents, Yardbarker said.

Utah’s choice in conspiracy theory searches is interesting. Compared to other states we got second for Area 51 searches, third for Illuminati, and also second for looking up the moon landing.

Apparently, Utah also is very curious about bigfoot (16th place), flat earth (9th place), chemtrails (20th place) and Bohemian Grove (18th place).

If one thinks the moon landing was faked one could also argue for a flat earth I suppose.

Though Utah only came in 18th place for the Bohemian Grove conspiracy theory, it was the most searched conspiracy in the state at 756 searches per 100,000 residents. Since the Bohemian Grove theory takes place in California, a neighboring state, this makes sense.

The beehive state obviously has conspiracy on the brain but...until anything can be proven lets keep that little hobby on Google, yeah?
