It looks like some Cedar City residents are going to get their money back. That's because Robbie Mitchell, the Cedar City Water Division's superintendent, said some people were overcharged for their water bills in October. He explained customers were charged for usage that occurred in August. The glitch impacted about 51-hundred accounts. Those who were impacted will receive a credit to their account, equaling 30 percent of their October bill.
