One person is facing charges after an argument led to a shooting in Iron County. Sheriff's deputies say two men were arguing Saturday night in Beryl Junction when one of them pulled out a gun and fired, hitting the other man twice. Officials say the shooter, Cody Hatch, was convicted of a prior crime and wasn't allowed to have a gun. He was arrested on gun and drug charges after police searched his home. The man who was shot was taken to the hospital but his condition wasn't released.
