A police report says Bailey had become upset after having to chase the dogs off of his property, and then going to grab a firearm.

A helicopter later located the vehicle and a passenger was arrested.

A driver of a Ford F-250 collided into the rear of the couple's Dodge Intrepid sending it into oncoming traffic where it was hit by another vehicle.
