For a long time, we had a good number of family members living in and around Brigham City, and so we made the pilgrimage there at least annually, and more often than not, semi-annually. It was always fun to be with family, but our visits there often would include an extra benefit.

Dinner at Maddox. It was a must visit whenever we could because we always thought the food was exceptional. Apparently, we were not alone.
