Senator Mitt Romney is more popular with Democrats than he is among members of this own party. That's the finding of a new Deseret News/Hinckley Institute of Politics poll that asked registered voters to rate the GOP senator's job performance. Fifty-percent of those polled approved of Romney, with 45-percent saying they don't approve and four-percent saying they don't know. According to the poll, 65-percent of Democrats approve of Romney's performance, while only 46-percent of Republicans do.
