The Falcons also picked up their most recent win over Union (40-32) in a scheduled "home" game played at Snow College in Ephraim. The Hawks enter the contest with a 2-3 record.

Cedar celebrates homecoming hosting the Hurricane Tigers as both teams continue region play. The Reds, most recently lost to the Snow Canyon Warriors (21-14), while the Tigers picked up their first Region 9 win over Pine View (34-27) last time out.
