The scientists that monitor Utah's water supply are worried that a dry spring could cause problems for the state this summer.  Hydrologists say the warm and dry spring kept the amount of snow in the mountains from growing larger.  That means the current amount of water in Utah's lakes and reservoirs will have to last through next spring.  Hydrologists are recommending that Utahns voluntarily limit their water usage during the summer, saying homeowners should limit the amount of water they use on their lawns to help with conservation efforts.
