Man Injured After Fall From Amusement Park Ride

Investigators are still trying to determine how a 32-year-old man fell from a ride at Lagoon amusement park in Farmington over the weekend.  Video taken by witnesses on Saturday shows the man hanging on to the front of one of the cars on the Sky Lift ride.  The man fell about 50 feet to the ground and was flown to a nearby hospital in critical condition.  A spokesperson for the amusement park says there were no apparent problems with the ride following the man's fall.  The park is cooperating with the police investigation into the fall.
