No “Going To Green” Today Because…

Utah will remain at the yellow "low-risk" level in the state plan to reopen.  Governor Gary Herbert made the announcement today, citing the recent statewide surge in new COVID-19 cases.  Earlier this week, the Public Health and Economic Emergency Commission recommended moving into the green phase.
