(Portland, OR) -- NBA superstar and former Weber State Wildcat Damian Lillard is on the move. The Portland Trail Blazers have reportedly agreed to send Lillard to the Milwaukee Bucks as part of a three team deal.

The Phoenix Suns will send Deandre Ayton to Portland, with the Blazers also receiving Jrue Holiday from Bucks. A total of eight players are involved in the deal.

The trade comes after Lillard asked Portland to trade him in July. Lillard played eleven seasons in Portland, making seven All-Star teams.

Lillard is a familiar--albeit, formidable face to Thunderbird fans.  In 2012, in his last match up with Southern Utah, Lillard (then the leading scorer in the NCAA) scored 31 points to lead the Wildcats to an 84-66 victory.  Lillard finished the game 9-15 from the field, including 5-8 from beyond the arc.  He was also 8-9 from the free throw line and dished out nine assists.

The following year, SUU joined the Big Sky Conference.
