Southern Utah Man Charged With Raping Relative

A 79-year-old southern Utah man is facing three first-degree felony charges of rape for allegedly assaulting a relative who was a juvenile when it began in 2011. Ross LeBaron is accused of raping the woman until 2016, and prosecutors say he "engaged in a pattern of emotional and psychological abuse and control." That included an indoctrination of religious beliefs "about perpetuating a pure race line by propagating children with her." The investigation into the abuse started last year.
