Algae Bloom Warning Now Covers All Of Utah Lake

All of Utah Lake is now being affected by a harmful form of algae that can cause illness and death in humans and animals.  An algae bloom warning was expanded to the entire lake on Friday.  Officials say warnings about blue-green algae blooms are often issued at the lake, but generally happen later in the year.  Any activity that involves being in the water of the lake is being discouraged.
