There are multiple canceled and delayed flights at the Salt Lake International Airport today caused by the global IT outage created by Texas-based cybersecurity company CrowdStrike. The outage led United, American and Delta airlines to initially order a ground stop after the outage went widespread. CrowdStrike officials say a bad line of code in a flawed software update impacted Microsoft systems. Microsoft says that issue is fixed but problems remain. Utah travelers should check with the airport before heading out today.
