Flash Flooding Possible For Central Utah

Possible rain storms today bring the risk of flooding in Utah.  The National Weather Service has issued Flash Flood Watch between 1 p.m. through midnight for Utah County and much of Central Utah.  Burn-scarred areas in particular could get washed out by heavy rains.
