Governor Spencer Cox is again sharing his concerns that Utah could be in trouble next year if steps to conserve water aren't taken immediately.  During his monthly news conference yesterday, Cox said the state has enough water in its reservoirs to make it through this year.  But he said things could get dicey next year unless more is done to conserve water supplies around the state.  The Division of Water Resources confirmed yesterday that a second Utah reservoir is now completely empty, and that two more are very close to going dry.
