A group of parents are suing the state over its ban on mask mandates in schools. Under a state law passed during the Spring, school districts are unable to issue mask mandates.  The parents want a judge to immediately strike the ban, saying at the root of this, they're just scared parents without any other options.  The group's attorney says the law is unfair and unconstitutional and Utah's constitution is one that guarantees our children with an education and online schooling is not an equitable alternative. This comes after the state reported that children accounted for nearly 20-percent of new cases over the weekend.
