The Utah Department of Health has reported the biggest single-day increase of COVID-19 cases since the coronavirus pandemic began.  UDOH has confirmed 439 new cases, and three more patient deaths.  One-out-of-three cases are tied to a meat processing facility in Box Elder County. This brings the statewide case count above 11-thousand-two-hundred, and the death toll up to 120. The Southwest Utah Public Health Department reported an increase of 31 new cases Friday. 25 were in Washington County; 5 were in Iron County and Garfield County added 1 new case. Kane and Beaver County numbers remained the same with no new or active cases.
