(Provo, UT) -- A body found in a shed behind a Provo home is that of a missing Springville woman. Police were called to a home on Heather Lane Sunday, where they found 53-year-old Arthuro Carrion, who had a key to the outbuilding. When he let cops inside, he told them they would find a dead body, later identified as Lesa Hyde, who was reported missing back in December. She was reportedly Carrion's former girlfriend. He was arrested at the scene.
Four Arrested For Kidnapping Child
(Salt Lake City, UT) -- Four people have been arrested for allegedly kidnapping a child from Salt Lake City. An AMBER Alert was issued Friday for 18-month-old Josephina Jimenez, who had allegedly been taken by her non-custodial mother, Holly Angelina Smith. She was later located with the toddler hidden under blankets in a shopping cart. Three accomplices were also taken into custody.
DOCUTAH Film Festival To Have 51 Films
(St. George, UT) -- Dozens of films will be available for viewing at this week's DOCUTAH International Documentary Film Festival. The event in St. George will feature 51 documentaries covering history, the environment, and more. The Megaplex Theatres on Sunset will be the home of this year's festival, which is now in its 15th year. It will be held from Thursday to Saturday, with tickets costing ten-dollars for a single film or 30-dollars for a day pass.

(St. George, UT) -- Utah is among the best states when it comes to property taxes. Finance website WalletHub ranked all 50 states and the District of Columbia based on property tax loads for its residents. The study took into account each state's median home value, and how much taxes are paid on a home priced just over 300-thousand dollars. The Beehive State was tied for 7th in the study thanks to a low effective real estate tax rate. Hawaii was ranked first on the list.
