Price Man Charged In 2019 Shooting Death

A Price man has been charged with manslaughter in the shooting death of an East Carbon woman three years ago. According to court documents, the woman, 40-year-old Ashlie Dawn Loghston, was holding a gun when it was recklessly pulled away from her and went off, striking her in the head. Police say the suspect made misleading statements to them about the shooting. The suspect, 27-year-old Colton James Price, was arrested Friday and charged yesterday with manslaughter and obstructing justice.
