Zion National Park is giving more details about its plans to implement a reservation system for hikes to Angel's Landing.  The park announced last week that it would start requiring reservations for the popular trail due to overcrowding and safety concerns.  No reservation will be required on the trail up to Scout Lookout, but anyone wanting to continue from there to Angels Landing will need a permit.  Drawings will be held to determine who gets to hike the trail when the permit system begins in March
