Forecasters are warning of an increased risk of flash flooding in southern Utah. The National Weather Service in Salt Lake City says the increased risk could impact southern Utah's National Parks and recreation areas. The National Weather Service says anyone headed for the parks should check in with visitor centers or ranger stations before heading out. The NWS says everyone needs a plan if threatening weather approaches the area.
