Area Law Enforcement Agencies To Host ‘Trunk Or Treat’

Cedar City area kids can get an early start to Halloween thanks to the Cedar City Police department in conjunction with other area law enforcement agencies. The police department will team up with the Iron County Sheriff's department and Southern Utah University Police for the annual Trunk or Treat festivities. This year Trunk or Treat will be held on Saturday, October 29^th at the Veterans Memorial Park near the baseball fields. The event is scheduled to go two hours and kicks off at 3:00pm. At 3:30 a helicopter will come and do a candy drop. Any organizations wishing to participate in the Trunk or Treat event can call 435-867-7500.
