Dead Horse Found With Legs Bound

(St. George, UT)  --  A dead horse with its legs bound was found on the side of state Route 18 in St. George yesterday morning. Police and animal control responded and found its front and back legs were tied together with lead rope.

One officer used the patrol truck to block the view from the road.

Authorities have not figured out who owned the horse.
