>>Drive-By Shooting Of Home In St. George

(St. George, UT) -- The St. George Police Department is looking for suspects involved in a drive-by shooting of a residence just north of Riverside Drive early Monday morning. Police say they have video of the vehicle allegedly involved in the incident. It was a dark-red BMW that had been reported stolen prior to the shooting. Police say the vehicle was spotted by officers during a canvass of the area but after a short pursuit officers lost sight of the car. The BMW was found abandoned a short while later and impounded for processing by police. No injuries were reported and the total number of suspects involved in the incident is still unknown.

>>Officials Warn Pet Owners Of Mountain Goats

(Pleasant Grove, UT) -- Utah County officials are warning pet owners about taking their dogs on Mount Timpanogos Trail, which is home to some aggressive mountain goats. They say at least three dog deaths have occurred this month alone. One dog was gored and another was pushed off a cliff. The Utah County Sheriff's Office says the consecutive dog deaths are highly unusual but they would discourage people from taking dogs up around Timpanogos. When encountering mountain goats on the trail pet owners should give the animal space, slowly move away if they approach -- and if necessary, yell and wave your arms to deter them. Another reminder -- don't feed the goats.
