Utah's housing market reached record highs again last month as a low supply of available homes continues to drive up prices.  Numbers from the Utah Association of Realtors show the median price for a house rose to 450-thousand dollars in June, which is 30-percent more than what it was at the same time in 2020.  It's also 17-thousand dollars higher than the median price in May.  The Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute doesn't see the housing market cooling down until 2023.
