Unanswered Questions After Two Bodies Found In JetBlue Landing Gear

(New York, NY) -- There are many unanswered questions after two bodies were discovered in a JetBlue plane's landing gear compartment. Two male stowaways were found dead in a JetBlue plane that flew to Fort Lauderdale out of New York's JFK airport, Monday night. Who they are and how and when they boarded the plane investigators still do not yet know. The plane departed Jamaica early that morning for JFK.  The same aircraft then flew to Salt Lake City and back to JFK, before departing for Fort Lauderdale, where the bodies were discovered by an airline worker inspecting the aircraft's landing gear. Security expert Michael Balboni says airlines must do a much better job at keeping unauthorized, unticketed people away from planes.

Teen Survivor of WVC Murder-Suicide Expected to Be Released from Hospital

(West Valley City, UT) -- The 17-year-old survivor of a murder-suicide in West Valley City that left five family members dead, is expected to be released from the hospital soon. Sha Reh was found with a gunshot wound to the head on December 17th, and was initially in critical condition. He has since shown significant recovery, as shared in a social media post by Granger High School, where he is a student.

Motorcycle Fatalities in Utah Reach 15-Year High

(Salt Lake City, UT) -- Motorcycle-related fatalities in Utah have surged to a 15-year high, with 53 deaths reported in 2024, according to preliminary data from the Utah Department of Transportation and the Department of Public Safety. Most of the fatalities were from single-vehicle crashes involving solo riders, often due to loss of control, speed, or lack of protective gear.
