Reward Offered for Defacing of Petroglyphs

Kane County Sheriff's Office and the Bureau of Land Management are investigating a report of vandalism at a cultural site near the confluence of Wire Pass and Buckskin Gulch in Kane County.

Investigators are currently looking for the persons pictured in photos released by the Sheriff's Office.  The individuals are wanted for questioning.

On November 23 (Saturday), the Kane County Sheriff's Office received a report that the individuals in the photos were observed defacing ancient petroglyphs.  Anyone who recognizes these individuals or their vehicle, is asked to contact the Kane County Sheriff's Office at 435-644-2668.
