Teen Drowned At Newcastle Reservoir Identified

The family of a 14-year-old boy who died on Newcastle Reservoir has identified the victim.  Kevin Cooper was kayaking with his older brother on Saturday when he fell into the water.  The family says Cooper did not know how to swim and was not wearing a lifejacket.  The family has set up a GoFundMe page to pay for funeral expenses.
