The Utah Highway Patrol says two men are in custody in Iron County for human smuggling.  A UHP officer pulled over a car on Interstate 15 near Cedar City because the window tint on their car appeared to be darker than allowed.  A police dog detected narcotics in the car and a passenger admitted to smoking marijuana.  Investigators discovered that the two men were being paid to smuggle a seven-year-old girl who was found in the car.  Both men are being held without bond, while the girl has been placed in the care of Child and Family Services.
