UHP Traffic Stop Yields 190 Pounds In Drugs
Utah Highway Patrol troopers have seized over 190 pounds of meth, fentanyl and cocaine in a traffic stop on Interstate 15. Twenty-one-year-old Jonathan Vargas was pulled over for a window tint violation just after 8 a.m. Tuesday. He said the car was his girlfriend and admitted to having a THC vape pen he purchased in California. The fentanyl pills seized had a street value of over one-point-seven-million-dollars.
