(Undated)  --   The newest data released by the Census Bureau shows Utah is the fastest growing state in the U.S., and the youngest.  According to the numbers, Utah's population has grown by more than 18-percent over the last ten years, beating Idaho and Texas.

Utah also remains the youngest overall with the over-18 population making up 71-percent of the state.  Utah has also become more racially diverse, with minority groups now making up one-quarter of the state.  Back in 2010, that number was below 20-percent.
