Utah Tech University Community Mourns Student Death

Members of Utah Tech University's community are remembering Peyton Hall. The freshman died Sunday night after falling from a fifth-floor balcony at Campus View Suites II. On Tuesday, friends and family members gathered for a candlelight vigil. Payton's mother, Candice Howe, said her son wouldn't have wanted his classmates to hurt.
