The National Weather Service has issued a flood watch for parts of Southern Utah. The watch is in effect through this evening. The watch indicates that excessive run could result in flooding of slot canyons, normal dry washes, slick rock areas, creeks, streams another low lying, flood prone areas. The weather service advises the public to monitor forecasts and be alert for possible flood warnings, and be prepared to take action.
