Chad Daybell Faces Death Penalty
A man accused of killing his former wife and his two stepchildren will be facing the death penalty if convicted. Idaho prosecutors announced yesterday that they plan to seek the death penalty for Chad Daybell if he is found guilty of any of the three murder charges he is facing. Daybell and his current wife Lori are accused of killing her two children nearly two years ago. The children's remains were found buried on property owned by Daybell last year. Daybell is also accused of killing his former wife Tammy, a Utah native who died at a home she shared with Daybell in 2019.
