Division Of Wildlife Resources Invites Hunters To Apply For Bird Hunts

The Utah Division of Wildlife Resources is inviting Utah hunter to enjoy a unique outdoor experience. The application period to hunt greater sage-grouse, sandhill crane, swan or sharp-tailed grouse opens on July 6. The hunt will be later this fall. The process is relatively straight forward: buy a combination or small game license and head afield. Some species of birds require a special permit. Applications are due by July 20.
