Man Arrested In Killing Passenger In Crash; Running From Scene

A man faces several charges in Millard County following a deadly car crash from Friday night.  UHP says 30-year-old Miguel Garcia was traveling on Highway Six west of Delta when he lost control of the car, causing it to flip.  The crash killed his passenger, 22-year-old Blanca Castaneda-Salazar.  Garcia then ran from the crash, but he left his ID at the scene.  Authorities tracked Garcia to West Valley City and learned they had been drinking that night.
