A convicted sex offender is facing charges in St. George for allegedly trying to lure two young girls into a church building. Authorities allege 42-year-old Andrew James Gwilliam approached two girls under the age of ten on Friday while they were selling jewelry on the street corner. He had allegedly asked the girls to clean a church with them repeatedly. Gwilliam served nine years in prison for the kidnapping of two girls in the Sandy Area two decades ago.
