Flash Flooding Hits Capitol Reef National Park

Capitol Reef National Park has been hit by flash flooding. Park rangers say they had an "excessive" number of visitors when the flooding hit and some rangers were left stranded for a bit. A Department of Public Safety helicopter was also used to rescue guests. As many as eight vehicles were disabled.
