‘Significant Flood’ Hits Hildale Area

Hildale Fire Chief Kevin Barlow says all Short Creek wash crossings were closed for several hours yesterday due to what he calls a "significant flood." Some homes also had internal flooding in Hildale. Police Chief Robb Radley adds they are urging people to be "very, very cautious" and not get near the edge of the river. He also says water volume and speed can change quickly in a flood.
